We are happy to announce the promotion of Nettxio team member Pjeter Gjergjaj to Director of Service Delivery.
In Pjeter’s role, he manages and nurtures client relationships to ensure we are meeting or exceeding expectations and developing trusted partnerships with our customers.
Pjeter is invaluable to Nettxio not only because of his relationship-building talents, focus on quality and incredible work ethic, but also because of his rare ability and willingness to connect on a very human level. He’s open and welcoming and makes an effort to really know people. And let people know him. He’s the first to share his love of Kosovo and its history and culture, invite you into his home, introduce you to his family and put together a spread of food that will have you begging for mercy, but also wanting more. You find cabinets in your stomach you never knew existed, reserved solely for his pig roasts.
He’s a talented photographer and we’re lucky he’s one of those people who never forgets to document the special moments we have together as a team with a photo. Although, it would be great if he’d be a little more willing to share his iPhone camera secrets – those he only shares in measured doses. It’s like I’m a hungry elephant and he’s feeding me with a teaspoon. This, we will work on.
