Edward Krzyzanowski is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nettxio. Before joining Nettxio, Ed held the position of Vice President of Innovation and Strategy at SAC Wireless (Nokia). Prior to SAC, he led a high-growth startup as Managing Partner and Co-Founder and drove partnerships within Cisco, Sprint, Comcast, Vodafone, AT&T and other major accounts in the Americas, Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
Ed is driven to create a culturally rich environment at Nettxio where our people are respected and empowered and our Customers feel fully appreciated.
Yll Daci
Yll Daci is Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Nettxio. Prior to joining Nettxio, Yll managed business operations for a highly successful startup providing professional services globally to customers such as Cisco, Vodafone, T-Mobile and other major industry leaders. Yll believes that the basis for a successful endeavor begins with cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit where diverse talents and opinions are always celebrated and ethics are never sacrificed.
Fatos Gacaferri
Fatos Gacaferri is the Chief Software and Service Delivery Officer at Nettxio, where he leads the strategic direction and execution of the company’s service delivery and software operations. With a strong foundation in network and software engineering, Fatos brings a unique blend of technical depth and leadership experience. He has a proven track record of building and scaling technology organizations, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. In his current role, he focuses on aligning engineering capabilities with business goals to deliver high-quality, reliable, and transformative solutions for Nettxio’s clients.
Jack Ritchie
Jack Ritchie is Vice President of Sales and Customer Fulfillment at Nettxio. Before joining Nettxio, Jack has held multiple leadership positions overseeing sales and delivery for large telecom equipment manufacturers, services, and software delivery companies. Throughout his career, he has been a strategic advisor driving growth and innovation while always remaining focused on his Customers and their needs. Jack prides himself on maintaining integrity and earning the trust and respect of his clients while finding creative ways to solve their business challenges.
Lawrence Knoll
Larry Knoll is the Vice President, Business Operations for Nettxio. Prior to joining Nettixio, Larry spent 21 years at Comcast in Network Operations, Human Resources, and Training. He brings to Nettxio a vast skill set spanning both technical and business operations. Larry is committed to ensuring people achieve their full potential.
His experience has taught him that every interaction is an opportunity to demonstrate his core belief that helping others to succeed is fundamental to our company succeeding.
Jason Cole
Before joining Nettxio, Jason amassed 24 years of experience encompassing all operations and engineering implementation aspects and leadership within the telecommunications and MSP industries. His career highlights include successfully managing multiple M&A integrations and spearheading transformative NOC initiatives resulting in tangible improvements in operational effectiveness and customer experience, while realizing savings within outdated network management models and toolsets.
Jason is deeply passionate about the evolution of network management. He views this transformation through the lens of big data initiatives that leverage machine learning algorithms to process vast amounts of network data into federated and orchestrated solutions. These solutions aim to bridge the informational and situational awareness gaps between complex network infrastructures by providing accurate and actionable intelligence to the engineers who maintain them, while improving critical service and stakeholder support throughout the lifecycle of a network-impacted customer engagement.
Dardan Vokshi
Dardan has had an extensive career in the Information Technology industry ranging from machine language development in his early career to the latest technologies currently in the market. His career started in the late 80s and has continuously evolved and spread into several different areas with a focus on technology. He has held multiple positions throughout his career and prior to his joining Nettxio, he had established and ran a successful technology company focusing on security systems and automation software development.
He has been involved in the design and development of multiple projects such as Business Software, SCADA/PLC Automation systems, Security Software (integration of CCTV), Access Control and Alarm Systems and IoT firmware projects. He is responsible for leading Nettxio’s software development team.
Nick Suleiman
Nick Suleiman serves as Vice President of Product Management, SaaS Solutions at Nettxio, where he leads product innovation and strategy across the Cue platform ecosystem. With more than a decade of experience in telecom and infrastructure services, Nick has built and scaled technology-driven procurement and construction solutions that streamline operations for global network providers.
He is passionate about creating intelligent, customer-focused platforms that simplify complex supply chains and empower teams to deliver with precision, transparency and speed.
Duane Blank
Duane Blank is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Finance. Duane oversees financial strategy, ensuring robust accounting structures, accurate forecasting and effective budgeting processes that align with the company’s rapid innovation and growth.
Prior to joining Nettxio, Duane spent 19 years in the entertainment and venue finance industry, where he developed a strong track record of optimizing financial performance in dynamic, high-stakes environments. His expertise in executive-level financial presentations and strategic planning has made him a key partner to C-level leadership and operational teams alike.
With a unique blend of industry versatility and financial acumen, Duane brings clarity, structure and forward-thinking leadership to Nettxio.
Eric Crawford
Eric Crawford leads strategic partnerships in Nettxio’s Network Engineering & Operations division. He brings more than two decades of experience helping organizations grow revenue and manage costs in rapidly evolving technology landscapes.
Prior to working with Nettxio, Eric led the North American national accounts team in Microsoft’s Strategic Missions and Technology division, where he gained a firsthand perspective on hyperscale growth and the emergence of AI-driven solutions. Earlier in his career, Eric led the U.S. Strategic Accounts team at Metaswitch where he helped grow the company from 30 to more than 1,000 customers —ultimately culminating in its acquisition by Microsoft.
Eric’s “customers first” mantra underpins his commitment to building sustainable, trusted partnerships that deliver long-term value.
Dominic Messina
Dominic Messina is the AVP, Strategic Sourcing and Procurement of Nettxio. Dominic has 20+ years of telecom industry experience managing people, directing cross-functional teams, leading operations, service delivery, strategic projects and programs, sourcing and procurement, and supplier management. Prior to joining Nettxio, Dominic held the position of Executive Director, Supply Chain Operations at Extenet, a premier nationwide provider of communications infrastructure and services. In prior roles, Dominic served as Director of Process Management at a technology startup company and held senior management positions with Tellabs.
Dominic believes communication, collaboration, and teamwork are key elements for business success. In his role with Nettxio, he will work internally and externally across organizations to develop and implement cost-effective solutions, streamline processes to improve efficiency, and establish strategic partnerships to ensure the success of our customer programs.
Chris Corey
Before joining Nettxio, Chris was a Partner in Oklahoma Wireless Development, developing Build to Suit Sites for Oklahoma and Kansas Wireless carriers. Prior to OWD, he was the Regional RF Engineering Manager for Dobson Cellular controlling RF, RF Performance and Construction for the Central Region. Before Dobson, he was the RF Engineering Manager for Southwestern Bell Wireless in Oklahoma. Chris started his Telecom\Electronics career in the US Air Force doing Secure Communications and Mobile SATCOM. He was stationed in Berlin, Germany during the period the Berlin Wall fell and was deployed 4 times to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm and for 6 months to Egypt supporting the United Nations in Mogadishu, Somali.
Maria Chambers
Prior to joining Nettxio as Director, Marketing & Employee Services, Maria dedicated her career to crafting stories. Whether that be to drive strategy using the story shaped from diving deep into data or the stories of people, places and cultures explored as a travel writer and Editor of a national publication for parents.
Maria is obsessed with the power of words. Especially when they’re strung together in just the right way to sway minds, drive change, introduce new perspectives, comfort and nurture connection.
Her role at Nettxio involves telling the stories of our successes with customers, celebrating our employees’ achievements and supporting their passions, making perspective customers feel good about their decision to partner with Nettxio by showcasing our proven strategies and connecting with the global community through our initiatives with non-profit organizations.
Her ultimate goal is to own control of the office thermostat. Crank up the heat and swallow the key. Until then, she’s proud to warm our workplace one thoughtfully told story at a time, using our customer, partner and employee success stories as kindling
Valon Fetahu
Before joining Nettxio as the Sr. Director of Sales Engineering, Valon held multiple leadership positions overseeing technical aspects of each project. Throughout his career, he has been engaged in design, architecture and implementation of multi-vendor networks such as Cisco, Juniper, Nokia and VMware for customers in Americas and Europe.
Valon adapts quickly to new technologies and willingly shares his knowledge with others. His wide-ranging technical background helps Nettxio’s sales team fulfill customers’ needs and solve their business challenges.
Petrit Hoxha
Throughout his career, Petrit has consistently established himself as a leader and mentor while managing complex accounts and projects for global clients such as AT&T, Vodafone, Windstream and more. In addition to his telecom industry knowledge, Petrit also brings abundant experience in the IT space driving strategic projects in challenging environments as an IT Manager in the Middle East (Iraq).
Petrit prides himself on being thorough and deriving solutions to complex problems through the use of analytics. He is committed to creating a team environment that is respectful, professional and supportive at all times. He firmly believes that continuous commitment, cultivating mutual respect among team members and applying organizational skills to improve his team’s collective capabilities and effectiveness are keys to long-term success.
Drin Zeqiraj
Drin is Sr. Director, Engineering Strategy & Resource Development for Nettxio. He is a Certified Cisco Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Routing and Switching (#65116) with over 15 years of combined telecommunication and enterprise experience. Drin leads a team focused on design, delivery and installation of product and services solutions for our customers. He is a driven leader with experience in technical delivery and engineering gained within the telecommunications industry.
He has previously served as a technical consultant for major Service Providers and vendors including AT&T, Cisco, Comcast, Windstream, Inmarsat and Vodafone.
Ermirë Ukëhajdaraj Metushi
Ermirë Ukëhajdaraj Metushi is Human Resources Director of Nettxio. She has dedicated her career to the field of Human Talent Development, helping colleagues reach their full potential.
She is a strategic thinker who thrives on challenges to create sustainable change, strong partnerships and positive interpersonal relations. At Nettxio she is committed to building a culture that prioritizes the overall well-being and development of our people.

Pjeter Gjergjaj
Pjeter has been a driving force in advancing telecom technologies and fostering customer success and innovation. With a proven track record of leading teams in the virtualization of large networks for major clients such as T-Mobile and Sprint, he has directly contributed to significant technological advancement in this sphere. Previously, he oversaw T-Mobile’s 5G platform, meticulously testing, documenting and ensuring the seamless delivery of test cases for production deployment.
Currently serving as Director of Service Delivery, Pjeter plays a pivotal leadership role. He orchestrates the strategic direction of services provided to clients, focusing on delivering seamless solutions, exceptional service levels and maintaining high customer satisfaction. He is dedicated to optimizing service delivery processes to exceed client program goals, emphasizing efficiency and innovation while prioritizing customer needs to achieve outstanding outcomes. Pjeter excels at fostering an environment where his internal team feels supported in setting and achieving their own professional goals, creating a culture that encourages and motivates their individual success.
Maya Henderson
As Strategic Support Director at Nettxio, Maya brings a deep commitment to listening, learning and delivering exceptional customer service. With over 15 years of experience, she has consistently driven scalable support strategies that align technical excellence with customer success.
Her career spans leadership roles at Microsoft and Metaswitch, where she led the Worldwide support organization that supported both global tier 1 operators and regional carriers with the same dedication and personalized approach. Maya is passionate about amplifying the customer voice to shape product and service strategy, accelerate innovation and build lasting trust.
Jaylene Nelson
As Nettxio’s Director of Sales, Jaylene drives growth within Infrastructure Services by managing sales initiatives and building strategic relationships with new and existing customers. She collaborates across Finance, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, and Infrastructure teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused wireless solutions.
Her background includes developing and maintaining carrier partnerships and fostering and maintaining relationships with Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and their stakeholders, integrators, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). She has also led in negotiating contracts, RFP responses, financial analyses, and proposal development to support customer success and business expansion.
Before joining Nettxio, Jaylene served as Director of Tower and Small Cell for Verizon at Boingo Wireless, overseeing strategic site builds on Department of War installations. She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Management from St. Leo University and a Master’s in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Hana Bajrami
Hana began her career as an intern focused on research methodologies within the ICITAP/US Department of Justice in Kosovo. She continued her work path in the government sector where she was engaged as a Personal Assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo. She proudly contributed to the Declaration of Independence ceremony of Kosovo in 2008. Hana spent a year in the UK at Lancaster University where she was awarded a Master’s Degree in Management and Environment. After returning from the UK, she moved to the field of telecommunications for 5 years as a Project Manager planning and coordinating engineering project delivery for US Clients. She was also engaged in different projects funded by the European Union supporting regional development within Kosovo.
Beginning in 2016, she worked as the Senior Executive Officer in the Office of the President of Kosovo where she was engaged in different capacities including organizing and managing the President’s daily agenda. She was responsible for organizing and attending official state visits to Kosovo, including the visit of former US Vice President Joseph Biden.
In her current role as Director of Site Acquisition Services, Hana is responsible for customer engagement, strategic development and operational oversight of all services across both the Site Acquisition and A&E teams. Her leadership continues to elevate performance, foster collaboration and ensure exceptional outcomes for Nettxio’s partners.
Festim Uka
Festim began his professional journey as a Project Coordinator in the field of Cultural Heritage before transitioning into academia, where he spent three years as a Graduate Teaching Assistant lecturing on topics such as Small and Medium Enterprises, Micro and Macroeconomics, and Management Fundamentals. He later served as a Research Analyst before moving into telecommunications—a field where his coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills could thrive.
Since joining Nettxio in 2021, Festim has been instrumental in leading large-scale programs in Site Acquisition and Utility Coordination. Building on his more than 12 years of diverse experience, he was promoted in 2025 to Process and Quality Assurance Manager.
In this role, Festim ensures that all engineering and operations programs remain aligned with Nettxio’s corporate strategy, standardized frameworks, and scorecards. Acting as the central authority for governance, he provides leadership with reliable visibility into program performance, strengthens accountability across teams, and drives consistency, transparency, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Festim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Joint European Master in Local Comparative Development from the University of Trento. He also earned a Master’s degree in Business Management from Masaryk University.
